Hi. 

I had registered a LTD.Company before 3 months in Bangkok with 2 thai partners. And i applyed for non b visa there i  pakistan and had been Voided because missing Wp3 latter. I am the 1st Director of my company and i dont know why this type of later required for me??? Well if they required it then how to get it? I am again in Bangkok on tourist visa and now complete the requirements to get this acoording to website. Should i have to leave country and then one of my partner will apply for this? Usually how my days required for this and when they get it then the scanned copy is fine to apply for non B visa or i need the orignal one by DHL to apply for visa. I have registered VAT and other requirements. And can i go LAOS or COMBODIA to apply Non B Visa while i am Pakistani national. And if yes i can go then what should they required? My personal bank statement of Bank in Pakistan is valid to apply there???

The only one of your questions that I can answer with confidence is that you cannot apply for the visa in Laos or Cambodia. You must return home or (much more paperwork) try to do it by means of conversion here in Thailand.

 

I can appreciate why you want to be sure you have all the requirements satisfied before returning home to try again for a Non B visa. Hopefully, others can give you a definitive checklist of everything you might need.

If you have 4 Thai employees and the company has a registered capital of at least 2 million baht you can apply for work permit using a WP1 form with your tourist visa entry and get a work permit application approval letter (AKA WP3) at most work permit offices.

If not then your partners would have to do a WP3 work permit application.

You can only apply for visas in Pakistan since it is on the list of countries whose citizens can only apply for visas in their home country or country of legal residence.

The WP3 is a confirmation that you have applied for a work permit.
