I got a job from school for teaching English.

 

1)I want to apply for Non Immigrant B visa but today my agency said cannot get Non Immigrant B visa because of I'm not holder bachelor degree. I have associate degree from university(which one 2 years study at university). So my question this;

 

If someone have associate degree cannot apply for Non Immigrant B visa? Tomorrow I'm thinking about go Cheng Wattana and ask them.

 

2)Other choise agency told me you can apply for Non Immigrant O(volunteer visa) and can get work permit from there. But my question this;

 

If I get volunteer visa but my school in other province, is that okay? I mean visa agency in Bangkok but school in Chiang Rai. Can I work in Chiang Mai or anywhere? Or my school can write letter to visa agency and said to we want him work with us?
