hello guys ,  my home is in fang   and my  visa finish on 9 december and next week i will be in chiang rai and i would like to know i can  extend there  30 day , because really i don't want go to chiang mai for do that

If you are in Thailand on a tourist entry, and staying in a hotel in Chiang Rai, there should be no problem applying for a 30-day extension in Chiang Rai. What makes you believe it could be a problem, and you would need to apply in Chiang Mai?

yeah i am on a 30 days entry  and i want extend 30 more for make new visa in laos in january 

If your address used on the application form is in Chiang Mai province that is where you have to apply for the extension.

You could go to Chiang Rai and check into a hotel you could then apply for it there by using the hotel address on the form.
