Thank you! I'll have a look down on Thepprasit. I'll leave that shop you linked in Naklua as a last resort. I don't see venetians on their list of products. If it's just restringing, no problem. More difficult is the issue of replacement hardware. If you have name brand blinds, they may be able to get a replacement part. Otherwise it's luck o' the draw. I have a blind that requires a new catch at the top to allow it to stay folded up. If they can't replace the part I'll probably buy something new.
