Thank you! I'll have a look down on Thepprasit. I'll leave that shop you linked in Naklua as a last resort. I don't see venetians on their list of products. Maybe they are way out of fashion these days.

Most of the curtain shops, of which there are several on Threpprasit, do have blinds and somebody around (the engineer:smile:) who can deal with them, as there's custom work involved in any installation. If it's just restringing, no problem. More difficult is the issue of replacement hardware. If you have name brand blinds, they may be able to get a replacement part. Otherwise it's luck o' the draw. Expect to feel you're being at least somewhat overcharged. What they'd love to do is sell you a new set of blinds, heh heh.

Thanks! I see it now - in the slideshow. I have a blind that requires a new catch at the top to allow it to stay folded up. If they can't replace the part I'll probably buy something new.
