Hi, May I know what are the requirements for Non O Extension in Chaengwattana? 

Got my Non O visa last Nov 30. 

It will depend on what the extension is to be issued for.  Nov. 30 is the date you entered Thailand on the non immigrant O visa?

Hi, thanks for your reply. I got the visa from Chaengwattana also. 

My husband is working in an international school and i am dependent on his work permit.

Do you mean you did a conversion to a non-imm O entry at immigrations after entering the country on a tourist visa or visa exempt entry? 

A work permit is not something that immigrations issues and someone does not become dependent on a work permit.

Is your husband in the country on a visa entry or an extension of stay?

What day does your and your husbands extension end. They both end on the same day. Normally your husbands employer would help with the extensions.

When you say last November do you mean in 2016.
