90 day reporting without paperwork?

Featured Replies

Hello, my report date is on the 9th (saturday) this week so I have to go on friday the 8th. But it seems like that I don't get the paperwork back in time by my school.

If I don't get the paperwork back in time have I still to report on the 8th? And I explain it?

Or will they refuse my report anyway because of the missing documents and I have to come back next week and pay a big overdue fine?

Thank you for the answer!

Just curious,,, what paperwork????? When I do my 90 day reports, I need my passport, and fill in my TM47 and nothing more.

Hi, oh yes maybe I was wrong in the terms of "90 Day report"- I have to do it every half year. I'm sorry. If you working as a teacher , staying on a business visa , or you study staying on an ED Visa, your school will fill out all the forms for you. I think this includes the TM47. ? I never done it by myself.  These documents will be send by the school to another Thai department which will check these documents and they will send it back to the school. When the documents arrived, the school will hand it to you and then you have to go to the Thai Immigration.

I'm sorry I'm not an expert in that. :)

It seems you are calling an extension of stay application a 90 day report. None of the things you mentioned are needed for a 90 day report.

If you have an extension that is ending on Saturday you will have until the 12th to do it without being fined for an overstay since immigration offices are closed for the weekend and a holiday on the 11th.

For 90 day reporting you can do your report up to 7 days after the report is due including that date in the count.
