I am long term resident in Thailand (have retirment Visa), from England. Starting mid January. I want rent less than 10k baht/month. Ideally it will be:_ Monthly rental Basic furnishing - bed, fridge, fan, shower, tv Have access to coin operated washing machine in building or nearby Secure motorbike parking Secure room Sensible walking distance to BTS or MRT station.
