Anyone in Samet or close by? Need help with a dog

This is probably a long shot but I was in Samet last week and befriended a very sweet natured thai dog. I would like to have adopted her but already have a few dogs and husband will not agree to another!

since I returned, ive been thinking of at least trying to get her spayed so she doesn’t suffer a lifetime of pregnancies. 

There is apparently no Vet or dog rescue service on Samet. There is a Vet in Bang Phe but the dog would have to get to him somehow. 

Is their anyone in that area that could help, or offer any advice
