JohnnyBKK
Hello, I want to transfer the company car into my name but I don't have the residency certificate as I never stay over 90 days in Thailand to ask for the paper, you need to do a 90 days report first in Bangkok to get it. I travel often to work to another country. Now I'm moving to chonburi and I would to know if it's easier to get the residency certificate there or not. No my embassy wont do it as they said the thai immigration can do it. Best regards,

They will issue one to person on with a 60 day entry from a tourist visa .

baansgr
A question as im curious to know as Pattaya Land Transport Office requires proof or residence from both buyer and seller. OP says company car, is it in company name/what is in the log book, if so how would one show proof of residence for the company.
Langsuan Man
Go to your Embassy for a Residency Certificate, much more expensive than Immigration but they could care less about your 90 day report status

Not the first time I have heard of an embassy saying that.
