sloperating Posted December 23, 2017 Share Posted December 23, 2017 I have a Citibank Bangkok USD account and, for succession purposes, want Mrs S to have a USD account in a Thai bank. The account must have full internet banking facility. SCB have opened a USD account for her and said yes to internet banking but, when it came time to setting up passwords etc, could not be done - apparently a website work in progress.
