Well i live in a nice moobaan but i never see young kids playing outside...we have everything they can dream of here.

 

Today we even have nice "cold" weather but i don't see them.

 

Also they don't have many friends like kids in europe have.

You may have come up with the main reason. People normally use social networks like Facebook to show off about how well they are doing, so people feel bad by comparison. It's a worldwide problem. People aren't living in the real world anymore.
