FODMAP Diet in Thailand for IBS-D

Featured Replies

I am suffering from IBS-D which I contracted two months ago and I am looking for any food ideas that can be found for the FODMAP Diet in Thailand. This can be any source like food products in grocery stores, Thai food that you have found to be low FODMAP, chain restaurants with anything that may be low FODMAP, heath food stores with protein bars or low FODMAP snacks.

I live in Hua Hin and thankfully we have a Gourmet Market and Villa Market which has saved my life. Also a Big C, Makro and a large Tesco Lotus. So if you found anything at these stores please let me know since they all stock pretty much the same items. There is also a Tops Market in Phetchaburi. And I would be willing to travel to Bangkok to stock up.

Gluten free food is also a possibly but not always low FODMAP.

And one who wants to discuss the FODMAP diet in Thailand and any info you want to share.

Thanks.
