Been trying Safari, Chrome, and Firefox (all on a Mac), but none of them get beyond step 1: “Fill up Personal information”.

Clicking “Submit” just gives an empty page or (with Firefox) constant reloading.

Has anyone successfully used the online reporting on a Mac?

Currently downloading a VirtualBox image with IE11 for Windows, as I read somewhere, that the online reporting requires Internet Explorer, only God would know why…

You can do it on Safari by enabling a user agent switcher for internet explorer. See: http://www.dummies.com/web-design-development/how-to-activate-user-agent-switcher-in-safari/

The problem is not that the page shows “You must use IE” but rather that the form submission fails for all the browser I have tried.

Though based on your comment, I did try to change User Agent string in Safari, but same result.

The blank page after clicking submit is likely because you have a popup blocker enabled that is blocking a message to contact your local office office which means your record could not be found.

The message comes up on a blank page and you click OK then it will go back to the application page.

I downloaded a VirtualBox image from Microsoft (IE 11 for Win 7) so I could run IE in a virtual machine.

But I still get the same blank page when submitting details. No ad blockers.

So seems it’s not a problem on my side.

Popup blockers are what you have to check for. On many browsers it is on the settings menu.

Others are not having the same problem.

I get the popup message when I try to do a report since I have a new passport since my last entry which is also to old.

Maybe - just a guess, if the site is designed for an even older version of IE ...

To turn on Compatibility View
