Koh Tao Case , Zaw Lin and Win Zaw Htun

I recall reading that the prosecution were going to reply to Zaw Lin and Win Zaw Htun defence on the 25th of december but have seen nothing.

 

Has there been another delay ?

The defence submitted an appeal to the Supreme Court back in August. No urgency apparent on the part of the prosecution. Having delayed submitting its rebuttal three times, they recently requested another extension, this time until 23 January 2018.

There appeal wasn’t accepted anyone who says it was is lying and probably trying to raise more money for a dead corse

A pair of foreign patsies on death row keeps the heat off locals, who should not be subject to the indignity of being regarded suspects. It has been said that no Thai could have committed such a heinous crime.  It is a point of view that someone with recently acquired Thai citizenship could be inclined to share.

A further extension has been granted to the Prosecution until 23 January 2018 to file a "rebuttal" to the Appeal.  They have had at least 4 extensions since the Appeal was filed by the Defence on 22 August 2017.  As far as I know, each side is legally allowed up to 5 extensions, which means the Prosecution could apply for a further extension until February 2018.  The Defence had used theirs up when they filed the Appeal back in August.  Once the Prosecution is finished with its delaying tactics, the Appeal (and its rebuttal) will be submitted to the Supreme Court of Thailand for its consideration.  The final Appeal process then starts and could take months, or even years, before a verdict is reached by the Supreme Court.

Am i allowed to have an opinion that I believe they are guilty without having activits track me down and bully me

 

i just believe they are guilty 

 

I am not a judge jury or executioner

 

i have no say in what happens to them 

 

but I believe they are responsibly for the deaths of those 2 innocent children and should face maximum punishment 

 

if your believe I am wrong then fine 

 

but don’t have to abuse me and try to investigate me and all

kinds of other abuse I have faced just because of my humble opinion 

 

if anything this just backs up my opinion 

 

some of the extents people have written to be about this are borderline phycopathic 

 

which actually pushes me to find out more to this story than what has been printed and selectively printed

I agree, with people out here asking for special favors under the radar could never be suspects ???

Of course you are free to have your own opinion. However a survey suggested those who agree that the Burmese boys guilty are a very small minority of less than 10%. Several of them have been very active on threads relating to the topic. The have been so disingenuous in their posts that one has to suspect their motive......

I have been attacked and threaten from what started out to be an opinion 

 

then this promoted a response

 

my response was to take a deeper look into all evidence not just evidence from a byist media page which the editor has gone after anyone who even hints they are guilty 

 

I have teamed up with these so call people that are posting things which are not liked

 

we are all from different backgrounds 

 

and different political sides 

 

br we all share one thing in common  and that is the truth

 

there are so many twists to this case and evidence which is dismissed by the media 

 

problem is so many people chose to believe the media who’s business interests are to sell stories 

 

anyone who has been a victim of wrong media post about themselves or a friend knows what I am talking about

And what about when Hannah's sister spoke out.....? Her doubts and comments were suppressed fairly quickly, one way or another.

 

The Miller family may have found closure in accepting the outcome of the trial. Not so the Witheridge family.

It is quite clear that there has been a miscarriage of justice and the B2 were framed for the murders and its quite clear who did carry out the murders .

  This case is so obviously flawed, that the only logical explanation as to why people such as yourself are trying to convince people that the B2 did carry out the murders, is that you have a vested interest in the case, like you have a business in KT or you have something else to protect .

    Whilst I can understand some people having ulterior motives to protect the murderers, you must realise that two innocent lives are at stake here

I have no connection with koh tao

no business interests 

 

i dont know the village headmans sons

 

i did however see the aftermath of the murders and although I have seen my fate share of death in my life 

 

and murders 

 

i find it hard to wash this one out of my mind

 

thats someone’s daughter and son abused and killed in such a way nothing like a mafia style killing 

 

and  no other so call suspicious deaths which are not suspicious but have a media spin on them Ben compare to this double murder

 

this is the work of sick person or people 

 

so you have to look at what other killings have been done with this signiture style 

 

and there was another one out side Thailand funnily enough 

 

and have been none since these 2 were locked up

i am a human being that’s my interest

 

i wonder what invested interest there would be about exaggerating news from an online news forum where the owner lives overseas and makes money from advertising selling interesting conspiracies 

 

also a load of expats bitter about Thailand who have done something wrong and spend their time over seas speaking bad about the place 

 

the media seems so powerful that they let the news do the investigating and then baser their opions on other people’s work

i know Policemen who were not involved kn the case and guess they were innocent 

 

but it people who are not close to the case only go on rumors and gossip

 

some people’s information comes from their mate of a mate who has a business on the island and he wouldn’t lie

 

reallly??? So his mate of a mate was there and witnessed everything ???

 

if so why not come forward 

 

I am telling you there is many dark forces around this case and they run very deep

if you had seen the evidence that I have seen and you still thought they were innocent then there is something wrong

Maybe the Family wants justice and the killers to be held accountable for their actions

What maybe significant is that the Thai authorities have been clamping down on those Islands recently  , with visa checks , arrests and deportations on Ko Samui and bars being raided on KPG , in the last week .

   The criminal element seem to be being targeted , if KT is next on the list , the murderers will have little influence in being able to avoid justice
