Pattaya now taking complaints via Line

Pattaya now taking complaints via Line

PATTAYA:--City hall is now accepting complaints about Pattaya’s streets, sewers and other infrastructure via the Line messaging app.

City Manager Chanatpong Sriviset chaired a Dec. 21 meeting of officials from the Complaint Resolution Center and various city departments to discuss better ways to accept feedback and complaints from the public.

The meeting participants resolved to launch an official line account called “CRC Pattaya City’s Communities” to which members of the public can follow and send comments.

Comments sent to the account are viewable only to city hall, unlike Line “groups” which are open discussions.

The Line app is available for Android and iOS smartphones and tablets as well as Windows and MacOS computers.

Accepting complaints??? Did they refuse them before? Was it a life sentence without possibility to parole if one was found to complain?

Accepting, bah! The question is if they are going to act on them?

How to do this? What is their line ID?.

Its not open yet. I will be the first to use it , will send them daily complaints.

Try and give a constructive solution too.

They are going to have to triple  their staff or send out automatic responses to this bright idea

Much more efficient way to ignore problems. Thailand 2.0

The UK expats will love this.....be able to whinge 24 hours a day.

Well even the City Hall take complains on a still not working LINE ID: it never ever mean that they follow up the complains and anything will be done to solve the problems

You can't both be first.  In any case no one at the Town Hall can read English - it's for grumpy old men to let off steam.

And what complaints do they deal with???

Will they forward complaints to relevant department like land transport???

Then he would be nabbed for working without a WP.

Line has a limit on how many contacts you can have, right? Just prepopulate the group with brown nosed folks and you're golden, just like the junta polls.
