Hi can anyone tell me what form I need to fill in for renewal of extension of stay (retirement ) , also what are the required documents needed to produce ?

Same question regarding re-entry permit ?

Those are requirements for Phuket immigration so thee are other requirements on the list that is not required at other offices.

Most immigration only want copies of the bank book (no statement needed).

OP where will you be applying for the extension?

Hi ubon Joe I will be going to sakon nakon I reside in Kalasin , last year I went with signed statement from bank dated the previous day and they would not except it had to be issued same day you apply .

Go figure ? It would save alot of hassle if I could just produce up to date bank book .

That would of been the letter from the bank confirming your account and the balance in it not a statement. Some offices want them done on the same day your apply.

You also need copies of your updated bank book along with the letter.
