Best option visa exempt extension

Featured Replies

Hi guys been reading here for awhile now joined.

My visa exempt  30 day finishes monday previously had intented to zip into cambodia.

Now would just prefer to stay here i am concerned if i go into immigration on monday their might be an issue ?

Have flights booked in feb to go home so may need a border run for the last week.

Am in the east of Bangkok.

Sorry the post theme similar to some .

Thanks again

get a 30 day extension at local immigration office, 1,900 baht, then do a border hop for a fresh 30 exempt if more time is required, can be done the other way around if it fits with your travel plans better.

If he needs a extra week after his next 30 days he doesn't need to go on a border hop, he can apply for another 7 days at Immigration, this is not a extension, he will be given  7 days to leave the country, sounds bad but is just routine

Same cost and process as applying for a 30 day extension
