How to stop leaves getting eaten?

Does anyone know if I can buy something to stop this happening? We have this climbing plant thingy, no idea what it is or what its called, but it looks great apart from all the holes in the leaves. Im guessing they are because of an insect of some sort? Any idea what I can do to stop this? Is there something easily available in Home Pro or one of the big stores?
