It is located at the very end of Soi#4 close to the Thai Tobacco Co Op. 8,000 baht a month get's you a real great place fully furnished, free maid, free UBC, Low utilities(under 2,000 baht a month). Internet is up to you it is not provided but you can get it. The only reason I am leaving is my GF moved in and we need a bigger place so we are upgrading in the same compound. You must sign a year lease. I only get my deposit back if I can find someone to move in for a year. It is normal 2 months and the current month. Total is 16,000 plus current month or prorate.
