The fact that only 32% voted to leave is irrelevant, Over 51% of those who chose to vote voted to leave. the rest too apathetic for what ever reason have to suck it up. Personally I believe referenda should have a minimum 60% to pass then it is clear. Those who do not vote neither oppose or support. Either the World under the Westminster system learns to participate of remain ignorant peasants
