Thai drugs and money laundering authorities have told the US that no Thais are involved in the ownership of the King's Roman Casino that is run in the golden triangle area of Laos.

The Americans have blacklisted shareholders of the the King's Group who have offices in Laos and Hong Kong. They asked the Thais to help them find evidence of the laundering of drug money.

But the Thais said there was no evidence they were aware of, reported Daily News.

While Thais are employed as managers there are no shareholders who are Thai. They said they are Chinese.

Four individuals associated with the King's Group are under close scrutiny by the US.

Told the US??? Is that just to keep "The Great Watchdog of the World" away from barking. :cheesy:

HONG KONG (Reuters) - The U.S. Treasury Department has slapped sanctions on a gambling empire hacked from the Laotian jungle which it said was involved in drug, human and wildlife trafficking and child prostitution.

Operating via the Kings Romans Casino, the Zhao Wei network allowed the storage and distribution of heroin and other narcotics, the statement said. Since 2014, Thai, Lao, and Chinese authorities had seized large narcotics shipments that have been traced to Kings Romans, the statement said.

No absolutely not! Why would you make a hidden accusation buildt as a question about something stupid like that?

What I am, though, is very tired of US that have to have their fingers in everything. That when they have their plates full in their own country.
That would be enough for them to deal with, so they can leave the rest to UN or other international organisations.

Hope you did understand that now, and don´t come up with anymore strange questions taken out of air and context, just for not understanding what the meaning behind what you read is.

Do you suppose some of the heroin and methamphetamine makes it's way to the USA?

If no one but the US government would get involved would you rather nothing was done?

Yes, it makes it´s way to the US. Off course something should be done. Do like everybody else. Stop it at the border.

Organisations and worldwide authorities should be set up, instead of leaving the oversight free for a country that can´t take care of themselfs.

Do you see any more countries watching over the world like hawks? No it´s only the self appointed US that does.
What has that led too? Ooh dear, everybody have to live in fear!
US has almost invaded and tried to change system and people in around 50% of the countries in the world.
Today it´s the most hated nation, which leads to NATO. All countries that are members of NATO, must today live in fear of terrorist attacks, or other kinds of retalliation.

That, Thanks to the "Great US of A"!

Unlike most of the readers I was there. The Ministry of Female Affairs (that's what they call their house of ill repute) was quite busy with the all male clientele and the mixed-gender gamblers were all Thai; crossed the Mekong from the Siam Rungrueng Port (GPS: 20.349701  100.083051).
A tiger carcass in a huge tank is fermenting "tiger wine" and there is not a single Laotian employee, possibly except gardeners and street swipers. The rest came from Myanmar and Vietnam.

Whatever is behind that operation, it is very, very, very big money - possibly too big for Khon Thai!
