rohitsuk
I should be grateful if anyone can recommend either a home visit electrician or a shop that can do small appliance repairs. One of our water heaters is constantly throwing its trip switch and a rat has nibbled part of the internal wiring of our cooker hood disconnecting it from the power supply. We did have a do all (well most anyway) handyman chap who was great but sadly we have lost him to Uber !
worgeordie
Recommend you replace your water heater, you don't want to be messing about with those, water and electricity are a dangerous combination,I had to replace 3 last year, water was leaking inside and on to the electricals, if its tripping means either a wire burnt or water leaking inside. don't use it !, regards worgeordie
