You are lucky they accepted your 90 day report. The rules state you have to do it at the office where you applied for your extension unless you formally change your address to a different office.

We don't have any over stayers in Roi Et.

The mobile van actually drops them off in remote areas, so they become somebody else's problem.

I didn't know that, good to know. I was only being honest.. But I do know that permission to stay in the Kingdom of Thailand is always at the discretion of the immigration officers to whom you report, regardless of where you are at the time
