The video, which was posted to the YouLike Facebook page on Friday, shows a foreign man, believed to be Russian, handcuffed and in custody. Next to him is a tourist police officer holding what appears to be a typical water bottle. The officer then reveals a secret compartment inside the bottle that has been used to stash a variety of drugs. The person who shared the video said it was taken on Koh Phangan, although it is not known when the incident took place.
