Lyophilization

It's maybe not the correct forum but I have no idea in which forum to ask this question, so I will try it in this forum.

 

I look for information about freeze-drying / lyophilization.

 

I see a lot of freeze-dried fruit at BigC Extra (very expensive by the way) and I want to see if I can freeze-dry our fruit as well so we can use it later or sell it at the market.

 

Are there any factories or companies in Chonburi area that can do that for you?

 

I had  a look at some Youtube movies and it looks like you need  a big machine for that, something I have no money for...
