Its just like the dying moments of the great smash and grab it always was esp the special moment for Thai history has come and gone. It enabled them to do what they wanted with public funds.. With a similar situation an uprising in one country could inspire another. I see Hun Sen is making deals with Prayuth recently. What makes the current PM different from Thaksin during his tenureship?
