They are cold water creatures so I imagine that you will only find imported ones here, and most of those would probably be frozen. Most of the better Bangkok hotel buffets have them, and I seem to remember that the Mantra has them also on Sundays. Or did you want to buy them for eating at home? I have eaten them in Bangkok hotels many times though. I would have thought that Tops in Central would probably have them in the freezer section, or maybe Foodland or Friendship.
