robblok
Seems those ladies are going to win from the market. Too bad for the vendors but had the owners of the market not charged any fees for parking the ladies would not have the problems. But as i read in other topics the owner of the markets were intent on driving the ladies out and had pestered them before hoping they would leave and he could buy up the whole area and develop it into something new.
