I've noticed the last couple of times I have bought from Aliexpress using my UK Bank Debit Card I have been charged a £1 fgm-pur-fee ... not a lot but it is normal practice?

 

Suppose cheaper than paying using my Thai CC as that money has come from the UK anyway ...
