BANGKOK, 12 March 2018 - The Prime Minister is warning investors to beware of the risks associated with cryptocurrency in order to prevent losses

Prime Minister Gen. Prayut Chan-o-cha said today that the fundraising in an initial coin offering or ICO, remains new to many and investors who are interested in it, should be particularly cautious and study all risk factors.

Gen. Prayut said that the government has begun legal preparation to regulate related entrepreneurs to make sure that all operations are transparent and open for inspection, and are without any loopholes, which could make crime and corruption possible.

Therefore, the PM is urging all with an interest in ICO to be patient and wait for legal and regulatory clarifications before making any decision in order to help prevent probable losses.

I think it would be extremely reckless to be using a Thai based trader.....although as an aside, a recent Tha based ICO offering 100 million tokens, has sold out....surprised me!

At least in the west, there are regulations in place controlling dealers....

Instead, His Supreme Importantness, suggests Thai people follow his own example of astute financial responsibility by keeping their hoards of unusual wealth in safe, secure overseas accounts.
