At my age the health insurance company want a medical exam when applying. It needs to include an eeg heart monitor result but apart from that seems mostly history on the form for the Dr. Any idea where to get it done in Bangkok and how much it might cost? it's for Pacific cross which seem pretty good, at least they are affordable.

Check up center of any hospital can  do this.

 

Are yo usure they want only EKG and not stress test?
