Koh Kood, Koh Mak and the rest of those islands are boring. Shitty food and full of sand flies. Unless you can afford the $1500 usd/day room rate at the 5 stars resort on Koh Kood. Koh Chang is a bit better for a honeymoon.

Why are you trying to discourage people from visiting Kho Kood?      Wife and I were there a couple years ago and found it to be an excellent  beach getaway.    Laid back, lots of reasonably priced hotels/resorts to choose from.    Highly recommend Koh Kood to the OP for his honeymoon getaway..     On the other hand we did not care for Kho Chang at all.     Also if you are enroute to Kho Kood and find you must spend the night in Trat city then highly recommend spending the night at the Rimklong Boutique Hotel.       Google for details.

the OP wanted to know  a nice romantic place to go for a honey moon, but you would know that anyway wouldn't you :cheesy: and you said Railay beach to look at the cliffs :cheesy: no class, try to get of of Thailand one in your life it may broaden your knowledge of other places. :cheesy: the Maldives is by far the most romantic place for a honeymoon.

Obviously never been to Railay, so how would you know?

If the OP wanted to go somewhere outside Thailand he wouldn't be asking on a Thai forum.

Try staying on topic.

why would i want to go to a place like Railay if its full of tourists and people like you ? to look at the cliffs on my honey moon. joke! try to stop bickering with me as it was only a helpful suggestion. maybe the Maldives is out of your price range and a little bit of the green monster is coming out in you.:cheesy:
