Is there an equivalent for 'I heard it on the grapevine in Thai?
Sounds like 'sut sip' in English or gossip.

That would be เรื่องซุบซิบ    sup sip

A simple equivalent for I heard it through the grapevine could be ได้ยินข่าวลือ  dai yin khao leu- I heard a rumour.

A more sophisticated sentence might be:

ได้ยินข่าวลือลอยมาตามลม  dai yin khao leu loy ma dtam lom  - I heard a rumour drifting by on the wind.
