TM 30 for multiple residences

Featured Replies

How to handle TM30 if maintaining 2-3 residences.  For example, condo in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket, with equal time spent at each?

Say as an example therefore you have 3 different condos situated at various locations throughout Thailand, this would give you a third equal time spent at each accommodation, i.e. complete 1/3rd of a TM30 for each address and this would result in a complete TM30.

Alternatively, any of the addresses would suffice depending on where you obtained your extension.

Correct or if you have to do anything at immigration.

Only one TM30 form would be needed since immigration would not know you had more than one residence.

Also if you used Bangkok as your primary residence a TM30 form would not be needed.
