Hi guys,

I would like to remove a Thai Director from my company.

Has anyone got any ideas on how I could do this? Will it mean shutting down the company if the Director refuses and starting fresh?

I would really appreciate any advice.

Do you control the votes of enough shares?

If so hold a meeting of shareholders and put it to a vote. Probably best to have a new candidate to take the place, but may not be needed depending on the company's "constitution".

That is the mechanics, the politics and other background going's on may be very different.
