March 20, 20188 yr Hello, Please contact the French Embassy (by e-mail) which will direct you to either one of their services or a Thai service. It's always like that that I do when it's a bit complicated.
March 20, 20188 yr The main thing you will need is an affirmation of freedom to marry from the French Embassy. (You do not later need to register your marriage with the French authorities if, for some reason, you do not want to.) Talk with the local amphoe office (where you will officially marry in Thailand) about exactly what else they require.

March 20, 20188 yr OP Same sex marriage is not recognised here in Thailand. Even if you get married in Europe. You will have no rights to go on a work permit or marriage visa or anything like that, sorry. They were on the brink of legalising same sex marriage, before all the mess with the politics and now it will be very low on the agenda for the present government!
