Even many breads that advertise themselves as being whole grain are not whole brain. It has to specifically say 100% whole wheat flour or whole grain flour and if it says enriched wheat flour that is white bread. There are only specialty bakeries that offer truly whole grain bread here and I don't know if any of the big box stores that do so. You can get a whole grain bread but it's likely at least 50 to 60% white flour. I know in the Hua Hin area there are a few bakeries that produce breads with 90% rye grain and 100% whole wheat, but not many. And you have to do your research and sometimes you have to talk to the baker to confirm the percentage of whole grain flour that they use. Another option for whole grains is to supplement one's diet with rice cakes. This particular brand has a few different rice cakes and the one shown is organic brown rice, red rice, lentil, mung bean and jobs tears, and those are the only ingredients making it very pure. And it tastes fantastic. They are available online on platform such as Lazada.
