Seatran ferry Samui donsak and back cards

Hi

 

this is just what i am going to do

 

i am not going to use seatran anymore

 

reason

 

bought a memeber ship card which now you have to top up or you cannot book 

 

they tell you if you want to change your ticket you have to let them know 3 goes before

 

now I want to cancel my ticket 3 days before but guess what they won’t refund the credit back into my card

 

so I had to pick another random date and use another time rarther than just refund and I’ll buy another ticket when I need jt

 

 I believe the system is stupid as if refunded to my card I can only buy another ticket with it but for some reason I can only change the date 

 

plus have to pay 30 baht per time I change ticket 

 

so by by seatran on the way to raja out of spite.

 

there system was fine before why change it?????

Sorry to hear about that. Such a shame I know. I do use FerrySamui for booking ferries. They're very good. They respond fast and are more customer-focused.
