The Parent does not have a Job nor a Pention. Is it possible to convert a Tourist Visa or should the Parent aquire for a Non- IMM visa from the Thai Consulate in India and then come to Th? Also if 800 K is required in the bank 3 months in advance, does this account need to be savings or fixed and should it be in foreign currency or in real money? This will be certified at the Embassy of India in BKK, translated and then certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 4. Copy of the certificate of permanent residence and copy of the ID Card of the foreigner who has the permanent residence in Thailand. What is required is Copy of the proof of relationship such as marriage evidences between your parents, birth certificate. This will be certified at the Embassy of India in BKK, translated and then certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Copy of the certificate of permanent residence and copy of the ID Card of the foreigner who has the permanent residence in Thailand. You then simply write a letter inviting them. Can she get a Non-o visa from the Royal Thai Embassy in India, if she applies after 6 months to come back to TH? yes and can it be changed into a 1 year visa in TH without showing 800 k?As stated before...No money ( 800K) or support of any kind is required. Will I have to get a Relationship letter from the Embassy every year I apply for a 1 year visa for my Parent? Who said you have to have a relationship letter from the Embassy?
