Have an elderly friend arriving Phuket on Friday middayish and has to get to Kata Noi. Is a taxi service easily available at the airport and do they have meters or just a set fare? Uber? do they do this job? A van is available i am told but heard horror stories of visits to sellers along the way. IS this van a good way to go IYO?
