BANGKOK, 4 April 2018 (NNT) – Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha unveiled Thai Niyom direct complaint lines where all information will be delivered to him.

The premier opened the Thai Niyom direct line on Facebook page, and Hotline PM services to receive complaints from the general public.

All pieces of information submitted through these channels will be delivered to the premier and government agencies responsible to solve the complaints or to respond to the people's concerns.

He inspected the operations of the government complaints receiving center which links information from the 1111 Hotline, PSC 1111 application, the Damrongtham Center Hotline 1567, and the Police I lert You application.

He said the government will look into any complaints made and corruption allegations, and reassured the people to rely on the government's inspection process to look into the truth based on facts and evidence.

He answered to a call from a villager in Chanthaburi facing hardships from informal loans and advised the caller not to loan more money from informal sources, and instructed the provincial office to look into the problem.

Mr. P.....Hate to be the bearer of bad news....

According to a survey published in BP today.....

41% of Thai people had never heard of Thai Niyom

27% of Thai people had heard of it, but had no idea what it was about....

And the reason for the poor result was....And I quote you Mr. P "They had asked the wrong people"

Not easy Mr P....I am sure that 99% know, that Yingluck and Mr. T were in Japan last week.....I agree with you...it sucks

More than two years later, doesn't seem much has changed. Villagers should be careful about their complaints as they might be perceived as damaging the nation's reputation and be sued for defamation.

my wife complained that you won't go. But no answer

It will only be about him. He then will do the "44"  and close it.
