A Nonthaburi man who posted dozens of sex clips of his girlfriend online said it was just for fun - he had no intention of blackmailing his ex.

 

Pharon, 30, (surname withheld), is now in the custody of Pathum wan police in Bangkok.

 

Earlier "Bum" (an assumed name) went to the cops to complain that she was losing face with still pictures of her and videos all over the net.

 

She suspected her ex boyfriend with whom she had had a relationship for 4 years.

 

A warrant was issued bu the southern Bangkok court and Pharon was arrested at the Chaiyapreuk housing estate. Police are also in possession of a search warrant for his premises.

 

The suspect, an engineer at a private firm in Sathorn, admitted what he had done. He said he took the pictures and videos secretly when "Bum" came to visit him at his house.

 

He has been charged with sharing indecent images and damaging the reputation of another under the computer crimes act.

 

Daily News said in their headline that he did not blackmail her and it was for fun.

 

Investigations continue.

Shouldn't the perp be charged with making Porno? Is it Thainess to take pictures and videos of a person without their consent or knowledge?  I think he's broken more laws than he is charged with.

Interesting to note in a previous article, a prostitute steals from a tourist and get's away with a waï...here its a local vs local and the fellow falls under a search warrant and the job seems to be done.
