For over a month now I've been trying to contact CGL (amongst other things, an ex-QROPS provider).  Four emails and one message via their website have gone unanswered (and the request unactioned meaning my pension payment this year was incorrect).

 

Has anyone else had a similar problem with them? Know what's going wrong? In the past they've been fine.

They have a phone number. Why not call them?

If any company handling my money didnt answer an email within 24 hours I would be on the phone to them like a shot. Potentially dodgy small offshore companies, even more so.
