RotMahKid
private villa's? so close together you can't talk about private. Maybe for Thai that are like to live that way also in some village's, but when I go for that kind of vacation I look for more privacy!

"Seeking partners"......What a nice way to but it....The truth is Pace is on the brink of bankruptcy, and the project is likely never going to be completed. 3 hours ago, webfact said: MahaNakhon, Thailand’s tallest skyscraper was this week sold by Pace to duty free giant and owners of Premier League Football team Leicester City in a deal reportedly worth in excess of 10 billion baht. PETERTHEEATER
Of course, the developer would have had municipal approval to abstract water to fill that man-made lake even during the dry season drought when local were suffering drought problems....... observer90210
51'000'000 THB for a villa in Thailand ?!!!!.....that to, cramped, with no sea view, in a resort...(get proper information when purchasing in a resort as there are some very tricky Thai laws regarding foreign villaownership even if on leasehold, in a resort...better even just don't fall for it!)
