Tessabaan Officials told me 19th for Phala beach. Good sales from visiting Thais down there ... keep it going. Hoping to stretch the fun to include the coming weekend. Worried about impending thunderstorms but beach sales have been good from outside Thais (Bangkok car numberplate) this year.

Luckily the vast majority of water throwing lasts just the one day in Phala.
