The Op will see several booths with very interesting wall claddings if they attend the annual Architect Expo in Bangkok in May 2018.  Whatever look they seek they can see a company that makes such a product.

Yes I am aware of Google 5555555 and all products in the usual shops, I was hoping someone could point me to a specific shop in the area which specializes in cladding of different materials or even mention a successful done job. Industrial style condo is just a type of built and remodeling in a specific style... . SHERA seems quite interesting... Thx. to all.

It did a family room once by leaving the air ducts showing and painting them a contrasting colour. There used to be a fancy name for that style of interior decorating. I had a coffee table book.
