Aspaltso Posted April 17, 2018 Share Posted April 17, 2018 I was a teacher in Muang Chaiyaphum back in 2009 and was told a story while playing a game of cards that there was a German in town a few years earlier that had been intentionally infecting girls with HIV. I forgot about the story until yesterday when i came across sn old thai visa story from 2004 that indeed confirmed the news. GERMAN INFECTS 450 THAIS IN CHAIYAPHUM. I just want to know if anyone knows what happened to this scumbag since there isn't anything on the internet regarding his status. Apparantly 1 of the girls he slept with died, acvording to the person who told me about this back in 2009. Anyways, hope someone knows why Thailand didn"t prosecute this scumbsg and where he is now. The chance to catch HIV as a girl from a man who is HIV positive is 0.08% according to wikipedia, so in order to infect in average 450 girls he would have needed to have unprotected sex 562500 times. He could not be prosecuted for the supposed infection (he did not allow to be tested) as there is (was) no law for that.S o he got a short sentence for overstay and was handed over for deportation. That was from an article of Nov 2004. He claims a conspiracy against him by some police boss. But judging from his other statements I consider him a psychotic retard. Don't think there are so many prostitutes in that city. As improbable as it would be for him to manage to infect 450 girls with HIV, there is probably some truth to the notion that he knew he was infected and intentionally attempted to infect others. As far as the odds of transmission being 0.08%, that doesn't mean much when applied to an individual. The odds of winning the top prize in the Thai lottery are something like one in a million. If he had a vendetta he could easily prick his finger to introduce blood onto the victims. But it's too difficult to do that any lady or girl see him with his bloody finger that would have run away. May be if he get those ladies to drink something that knock them unconscious then inject them with blood from a syringe that would work.
