Police Check

Hi,

 

I need to obtain a police check for a teaching job in South Korea which I know includes fingerprints taken at my local police station. I've tried to download the application form from the PCS centre website but the link to download doesn't work. I have emailed them but no reply as yet. Can I obtain the application form anywhere else? Also, as part of the documentation it asks for some type of confirmation letter stating my acceptance of work, has anyone else had experience of this or just the police check in general that could shed some light please.

If you are willing to go to the Police Headquarters at Rama 1 Road in Bangkok (almost beside the Siam BTS station), you can get it all done yourself, get the fingerprints done, pay the fee and they will send the police clearance certificate to you in the post a week or so later.

My pat answer is that it will rain everytime I go outside without my umbrella....????
