MrJ
http://www.x-trend.com/en/startseite.html I really can recommend X-trend Pattaya, run by a Swiss/Thai couple, very good quality (2 years warranty and every 3 month scheduled free service), great consultancy and after sales service, I bought 3 machines 2.5 years ago and all still top. not cheap though (treadmill about 60K) but you get what you pay for. They sell 2nd hand machines as well. I would not trust the machines at Bic C, Tesco, also the Marathon (shop opposite Bangkok Pattaya Hospital) stuff haven't impressed me once I was checking the market......and finally settled for X trend There is even one more upscale shop on Sukhumvit near Chayaprueck 1 corner http://www.searasports.com/contact/thailand/pattaya/ Edited April 24, 2018 by MrJ

I was wondering about Xtrend, as they must be Chinese machines. But it seems that Chinese have greatly improved as I saw many different brands in many different gyms around Thailand. What else have you checked in case I would like to see different brands sold for an elyptical machine ? Also, can you tell me if the location is correct ? JOMTIEN SOI 5 ? near immigration ? http://www.x-trend.com/en/kontakt.html Edited April 27, 2018 by gaff

Nobody serious would buy any supermarket machines, they are not made for heavy daily use.
