Outside the ring road Khon kaen

To those that live outside of the ring road in khon kaen.

Is there any noticeable differences to the city such as:

Schooling - is education a lower standard than inner city schools?

Road dangers - is there more visible road issues with people driving without care?

Burning - is there more burning?

Hospitals - is there other options besides the city hospital?

Been living by the airport for 6 months and compared to the last city we was based, Khon Kaen has been refreshing in a lot of ways. One thing we have not done is venture into areas such as:

Ban fang

Phra lap

Anyone got some details on any of the above.
